2026 Big 12 Gymnastics Championships

The 2026 gymnastics season will include three Big 12 meets on national television. Meets between Iowa State, Utah and affiliate member Denver will have meets featured on ESPN and ESPN2 during the regular season, while the final session of the Big 12 Championship was also selected for linear television.

The Cyclones host the Red Rocks on Jan. 25 for a dual meet that will air on ESPN at 4 p.m. CT/3 p.m. MT. The following week will feature ISU at Denver for a Sunday afternoon meeting (Feb. 1) at 4 p.m. CT/3 p.m. MT on ESPN2.

The 2026 Big 12 Gymnastics Championship presented by Allstate returns to the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah on Saturday, March 21. The event’s second session was selected for ESPNU at 6 p.m. CT, while the first session will be streamed on ESPN+ at 1 p.m. CT. Additional information about the Championship will be released at a later date.

Additionally, Big 12 teams will be featured in other meets throughout the season, starting with Utah at the Sprouts Farmers Market Collegiate Quad Jan. 10 on ABC.

Times and viewing options of other Big 12 meets will be announced individually by each school. \
